Guarantee card for single handle bathroom and kitchen taps.

The manufacturer's guarantee contained in this guarantee card does not affect or reduce the buyer's statutory rights against the seller but supplements them. The buyer has the option of making additional claims under the guarantee.

If no date is shown, the guarantee period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

The guarantee period is one year from the date of purchase for all mirror-finished chrome-plated surfaces, e.g. bronzed or coloured surfaces.

The manufacturer guarantees perfect material quality and workmanship in accordance with the application correct assembly and function of the single-hand mixing unit

The guarantee covers at the manufacturer's option supply of replacement parts free of charge or a fitting of equal value against return of the faulty fitting. If the type in question is no longer manufactured, the manufacturer shall supply a replacement fitting of its choice that most closely resembles the type returned.

The guarantee does not cover

  • Other claims, in particular for damage and loss of whatever kind caused by the fitting or its use
  • Corrosion damage in the strainer (spout) and damage resulting from incorrect installation.
  • Chemical or mechanical effects during transport, storage connection, repair and use of the fitting.
  • Incorrect handling, insufficient care and the use of unsuitable cleaners.
