- In 1991 in New York, a father and a son dedicated themselves to something which turned out to be incredibly successful. Tony and Robert Surowiec started a company called R&M Plumbing. At first it was only a family business. Thanks to hard work and the commitment of all of its employees, the company grew bigger and was recognized not only in New York but in other states as well.

- In 2001, after ten years of being on the market, R&M Plumbing. signed a huge contract on a new construction in the Chicago area. Due to that enormous investment the management had to move the office to Chicago. While working in Chicago, the company’s future was completely changed when Robert met a groundbreaking designer and investor, Marc Wilczewski. The two of them managed to expand the company into one service and sales conglomerate, Master Faucet.
