The Windstorm is a big, rectangular shaped, and free-standing unit. This beauty features a huge 25cm monsoon rain shower head, a hand-held shower and riser, pulsating back jets, a tantalizing foot massager and of course; the powerful 3kw steam generator. The AquaPat also has a full size Whirlpool bath, with a vibrant and attractive, color changing underwater light and a comfortable headrest for your ultimate comfort. The AquaPat also has two built in towel/grab rails, a soap/shampoo dispenser and a convenient two tier glass shelf.
There are a built in FM radio and a MP3 connection lead so that you can enjoy all of your most favorite tunes, from Mozart to Pink Floyd, and that may mean that you might never want to get out of this relaxing whirpool as you will feel as though you are in paradise. The steam pod also has a special tray to allow aromatherapy products, such as eucalyptus oil to be infuses into the steam. This awesome benefit can be great to help relieve the symptoms of colds. The back panels of the cabin are a beautiful darkened mirror glass and the front and side walls are lightly tinted. You will enjoy this unit and using it will be the highlight of your day!
At AquaPat we have a huge selection of large steam rooms that allow the occupant to sit or stand at a comfortable distance from the steam outlet while enjoying the relaxing and spa-like steam facilities. In order to offer the same steam facilities within a smaller shower cabin the location of the steam outlet pod may be close to the occupant. Please be extremely careful and be sure to use care when using the steam function to avoid any scalding. Children should NOT use the steam within the product unless under strict and close adult supervision.

Installation Notes:
Electrical: This luxurious steam shower cabin requires 2 x 13 amp electrical supply. It comes with a plug and is RCD fitted, however we recommend that you remove the plug and have the cabin installed to a fused spur. If you have an RCD fitted within your mains board you may also remove the RCD fitted to the unit. This should all be done by an experienced electrician.
Water: The cabin requires 1 x hot and 1 x cold water supply. The household water pipes should be fed to a point approximately 3 feet off the floor in the corner where the cabin is to be fitted. Balanced water pressure is required, between 1-3 bar. If you will be using a gravity fed system, then we recommend that you use a pump, to provide the required water pressure. AquaPat does not supply a pump. This beautiful steam cabin is a freestanding unit and we would highly recommend that your fitter does not fit the unit into locations that mean the cabin cannot be moved away from the wall if needed. The couplings on the cabin to connect to your water supply are standard 15mm compression fittings.
Sometimes our AquaPat products arrive in large boxes, so please be sure that you have enough room to move the boxes around and for their contents to be moved to the installation location. Please also consider the space required to construct the shower cabin needs to be sufficient to enable you to move around the whole unit during the assembly process, before sliding the unit into position.

Your Delivery: Your order will be shipped on a pallet and will arrive at your home on a tail-lift truck. The delivery will be taken to your door or as close as is possible within access restrictions (narrow gates etc). You must inform us of any access restrictions that may affect deliveries to your delivery location, which would require a smaller delivery vehicle. You are asked to check the goods immediately upon arrival and inform us of any damage within 24 hours.

Return Policy
We ship our units within the 1 - 10 business days continental United States. We ship all of our units by freight truck. Upon arrival of shipment units all packages must be opened and inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. Master Faucet will be responsible for filing any type of shipping dame claim with the shipping company. Every package is fully insured by Master Faucet and requires a signature upon delivery.
Photos of damaged product are required. WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS AND ENCHANGES 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE. Any broken parts due to shipping damage will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP. LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE
Limited One Year Warranty
The shower must be installed by licensed plumber and electrician or it could cause the warranty to be void. We will be here to help you get covered should any defects was found with in factory warranty period. You are responsible for removing the defective parts and mail it to Their address and a new part will be mailed back to you. We will also always be here and help you get the parts at cost after one year factory warranty expires.
To ensure customer satisfaction, all of our products are back by a limited one year warranty unless stated otherwise.
Master Faucet will gladly replace, repair or refund any defective merchandise when a claim is made before the stated period of one (1) year. A refund will only be given if the defective product cannot be repaired or is no longer in stock for replacement. All claims are subject to approval by Master Faucet.
If Master Faucet decides that a refund is necessary within the one (1) year limited warranty period, the consumer is held liable for shipping and handling costs to the warehouse. If the product has been used before a defect was recognized, Master Faucet will refund only the amount it feels necessary, holding into account the usage period.
The consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs in the case the defected product must be sent back to our warehouse for return of repair. Please keep in the mind that some of our products made from wood, marble, natural stones, or metals may hold slight, natural variations and, in such a case, this is not considered a defect and Master Faucet will not accept any claims addressing this issue.
Master Faucet will not honor any claims on products that have been repaired without our consent and/or any merchandise that has been tampered with. Master Faucet holds the right to inspect returned merchandise, if defective merchandise is in compliance with warranty terms, only then will Master faucet decide which plan of action is necessary.
Conditions:
- All claims must be addressed to Master Faucet in writing before the stated warranty time.
- Warranty is non-transferable and is only subject to the original purchaser of the product.
- Negligent use, faulty installation, normal wear and tear usage, abuse, items damaged in transit, and mishandling are NOT subject to the limited one (1) year warranty.
- Master Faucets holds the right to accept or reject any claims which either comply or misconstrue the terms of the warranty.
