All shipments to Illinois are subject to an 8.75 sales tax.

All shipments to out of the 48 states, buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes and related charges.

Shipping Policies

All small packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground and larger items are shipped via Freight

Most items are shipped within 24 hrs after payment is received.

Insurance and Tracking are included with all UPS, FedEx, DHL and Freight shipments for Free.

Pleas include a daytime phone number with every order over 150 Lb for shipping needs, trucking company R&L Carriers will not pick up your shipment without a phone number and your email address thank you.

Master Faucet will be responsible for filing any type of shipping dame claim with the shipping company. Every package is fully insured by Master Faucet and requires a signature upon delivery.

Photos of damaged product are required.

Return Policy

We do accept returns and exchanges 60 days after your purchase.

Product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Master Faucet will refund shipping costs only if the return has resulted from our error.

Send all returns via FedEx, UPS or USPS and include the required insurance and signatures.

All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.

Please note that is usually takes us 3-5 business days to process returns after they arrive at our location.
We will notify you via e-mail of our refund once we have it processed.

Products that have been installed are non-returnable.

To return an item please request an RGA (return goods authorization) from us at sales@masterfaucet.com or contact us by phone at 866 254 2219. Small items comes with the return address label.

Once a RGA number is issued the returned product needs to be returned within 60 days.

No returns accepted on all steam showers and shower enclosures.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Premier faucets and lights are manufactured under the highest standards of workmanship. All parts of the faucet are warranted to be free from leaks or drips during domestic use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns this product. This excludes industrial, commercial, or business use.

Premier will replace free of charge, under the warranty conditions, the entire unit or any part (at our option) which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. This warranty is limited to defective parts as stated. Additional labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as incidental and consequential damages, therewith are excluded.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of incidental damages may not apply to you. Any damage to this faucet or light as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, Acts of God, or any use violating instructions furnished by us, will void this warranty. To obtain warranty service, please return product and sales receipt to place of purchase.
