Shipping Policies
Return Policy
We ship our units within the 1 - 10 business days continental United States. We ship all of our units by freight truck. Upon arrival of shipment units all packages must be opened and inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. Master Faucet will be responsible for filing any type of shipping dame claim with the shipping company. Every package is fully insured by Master Faucet and requires a signature upon delivery.
Photos of damaged product are required. WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS AND ENCHANGES 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE. Any broken parts due to shipping damage will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP. LOCAL PICKUP IS AVAILABLE
Limited One Year Warranty
The shower must be installed by licensed plumber and electrician or it could cause the warranty to be void. We will be here to help you get covered should any defects was found with in factory warranty period. You are responsible for removing the defective parts and mail it to Their address and a new part will be mailed back to you. We will also always be here and help you get the parts at cost after one year factory warranty expires.
To ensure customer satisfaction, all of our products are back by a limited one year warranty unless stated otherwise.
Master Faucet will gladly replace, repair or refund any defective merchandise when a claim is made before the stated period of one (1) year. A refund will only be given if the defective product cannot be repaired or is no longer in stock for replacement. All claims are subject to approval by Master Faucet.
If Master Faucet decides that a refund is necessary within the one (1) year limited warranty period, the consumer is held liable for shipping and handling costs to the warehouse. If the product has been used before a defect was recognized, Master Faucet will refund only the amount it feels necessary, holding into account the usage period.
The consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs in the case the defected product must be sent back to our warehouse for return of repair. Please keep in the mind that some of our products made from wood, marble, natural stones, or metals may hold slight, natural variations and, in such a case, this is not considered a defect and Master Faucet will not accept any claims addressing this issue.
Master Faucet will not honor any claims on products that have been repaired without our consent and/or any merchandise that has been tampered with. Master Faucet holds the right to inspect returned merchandise, if defective merchandise is in compliance with warranty terms, only then will Master faucet decide which plan of action is necessary.
Conditions:
- All claims must be addressed to Master Faucet in writing before the stated warranty time.
- Warranty is non-transferable and is only subject to the original purchaser of the product.
- Negligent use, faulty installation, normal wear and tear usage, abuse, items damaged in transit, and mishandling are NOT subject to the limited one (1) year warranty.
- Master Faucets holds the right to accept or reject any claims which either comply or misconstrue the terms of the warranty.
