Shipping Policies

Premier Copper Products will accept returns within the following guidelines shown below:

Return Policy:

• All returned products must be in like-new condition, unused and uninstalled, in original packaging and must include all original items.
  
  
• All returns require a return goods authorization number (RGA).
  
  
• Prior to returning the item, please contact our Returns Department at sales@masterfaucet.com or call Toll Free: (877) 757 2347 for an RGA number. An RGA form will be sent to the customer, which must be filled out in its entirety and included in the return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and return shipping fees will apply.
  
  
• All shipments must be inspected for accuracy within 72 hours of delivery. Items reported incorrect or missing after the 72 hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment. If the wrong item is received and reported within 72-hours, a prepaid return label will be issued to the customer. The replacement order will be processed and shipped once the incorrect item has been returned.

RESTOCKING FEES:

• If returned within 30 days from receipt of Purchase Order: 15%
• If returned within 60 days from receipt of Purchase Order: 25%
• If returned within 90 days from receipt of Purchase Order: 40%
• NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 90 DAYS FROM PREMIER COPPER PRODUCTS RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER.
• If you decide to return an item that was part of a free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International destinations will not be refunded.

Products not eligible for returns:

• Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way.
• Any item that does not include an RGA number issued by Premier Copper Products.
• Any item that is not in resalable condition.
• Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
• Custom orders.

PROPER PACKAGING:

• Re-pack products for return in the original box with original packaging material. Use the return shipping label provided, or your own shipping label. Be sure to write the RGA # on the form provided by Premier Copper Products. This RGA form must be included with the return. Do not write on the box to maintain its like-new condition. Improper labeling may result in the denial of return.

When returning an item, please ensure the following:

• SHIP & INSURE: Next, ship the product to the address provided using your choice of carriers. We recommend insuring the package against loss or damage. Returns that are lost or damaged during transit will not be replaced or refunded by Premier Copper Products.
  
  
• TRACKING NUMBER: Please e-mail your sales representative the tracking number so that we can check on the status of your return.
  
  
• Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging, and confirmed to be free of damage and uninstalled, the refund will be processed. Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased.

PREMIER COPPER PRODUCTS – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Premier Copper Products warrants its sinks and tubs to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for as long the original consumer purchaser owns their home.

The original dated sales receipt is required for any warranty claims. Damage due to installation error, product misuse and improper maintenance are excluded from this warranty. Scratches and stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time will not be covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover; shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage. Warranty excludes all commercial and business usage.

All of Premier Copper Products can continue to be recycled into new products without limit.

Premier Copper Products uses only packing peanuts made from sustainably harvested vegetable starch as well as recyclable cardboard boxes with inserts made from post consumer products. Making the bulk of our packaging compostable and or recyclable. You can feel confident knowing that we are truly a REDUCE, REUSE, and RECYCLE company!
